CLUB CYCLE

Experience a state-of-the-art ride in our high-octane indoor cycle studio that uses visual data to drive your performance. Climb, sprint, and let the music move you as you elevate your heart rate and keep it there. Our instructors will set the pace and playlist so you can lose yourself in the feeling of riding to the finish line.

HIGH-OCTANE ENDURE

One of our two signature high-octane cycle classes. HOC Endure features a combination of great music, challenging intensities, numerous stages to tackle and world-class coaching. This class is open to all levels of experience.

BE STRONGER

When it comes to muscle mass; it’s use it or lose it. Muscle is the body armour that protects us through life. In this muscle-centric class, you’ll stand down the cardio and learn how to use heavy weights to challenge every muscle group. Gain confidence and community whilst becoming a stronger version of yourself.
Suitable for all.

KETTLEBELL & CORE

Bring a sense of flow to your fitness life with this fast-paced kettlebell class working on movement patterns including swings, cleans, snatches and jerks. With expert instruction to develop safe and efficient techniques, this total-body workout combines strength-focused compound movements, explosive power, and core conditioning. This class will elevate your heart rate as you build form, strength, balance, and grip strength.

THE CLUB SPARTAN

It’s all about the reps. This class torches body fat and builds lean muscle. With a main course of resistance work including barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, you’ll work key movement patterns as you push, pull, squat, and hinge your way to a stronger you. The goal is to achieve as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form. You’ll finish with a side-serving of cardiovascular work to finish.
Not suitable for pregnant clients, injuries, or rehabilitation. All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions are given to scale your workout up or down.

CLUB PUMPED

We’re pumped about this workout, even if we do say so ourselves. Take a barbell. Add light to moderate weights. Combine with high repetition. Mix with the iconic step platform and a pumped-up playlist and you’ve got a go-to total body workout. High endurance. High intensity. You’ll squat, lunge, press and curl your way to increasing muscle mass whilst building muscle definition and muscle balance. Suitable for all.

CLUB SCULPT

Build strength, endurance, and balance in one intense workout using bodyweight, dumbbells, and small equipment to challenge you across all planes of movement. Continuous movement set to fresh playlists will keep your heart pounding as you squat, lunge, and sculpt your entire body through a combination of slow and fast-paced movement and medium to high reps. Set to work in the Core Studio, you’ll use mirrors to monitor your form and strengthen your connection to the art of moving well. You’ll round off with a serving of core and high intensity to finish.

CLUB TRX

Our Suspension Training method uses nothing more than a pair of TRX straps, your body weight and gravity, to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Be prepared to feel all your muscles being activated through every movement plane as you build strength, endurance, and form. Expanding your knowledge base, you’ll learn movements and TRX sequences in class you can add to your own individual workouts to elevate your core strength and stability.

FREE RANGE FARM FITNESS

Free-Range Farm Fitness is our signature outdoor class which features a state-of-the-art Rig, climbing ropes, push sleds and slam tyres. During this unique, fun, and high-intensity group training session, you’ll work in teams to achieve targets while competing against other teams. Only one team can win.
Not suitable for pregnant clients, injuries, or rehabilitation. All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions are given to scale your workout up or down.

CLUB CONDITIONING

Our good, but gruelling metabolic conditioning workout. Working different training systems and functional movements with minimal rest in-between sets. Expect a satisfyingly intense workout on the gym floor that combines moderate and high-intensity effort. You’ll feel the burn and earn the recovery. You’re welcome.
Not suitable for pregnant clients, injuries, or rehabilitation. All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions are given to scale your workout up or down.

CLUB TREAD

Think running on the treadmill means going solo? Think again. For an elevated indoor running experience, you’ll take on short drills on the treadmill, followed by running-specific conditioning intervals on the gym floor. Rinse and repeat. Upbeat music and supportive instructors will guide you through your Club Tread workout to increase your cardio fitness and help you grow as a runner. You’ll hit the finish line with a runner’s high and stretching sequences to boost your recovery. Not a runner? You are now.

PLUNGE

An ice barrel and meditation class designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a meditation class followed by a plunge in our outdoor ice barrels within the healing sanctuary of nature.

REFORMER AND MAT PILATES

REFORMER AND MAT PILATES Pilates stretches and strengthens the muscles at the same time, and is designed to improve flexibility, balance and coordination.

YOGA

Yoga postures work with the spine, making it supple and healthy, promoting maximum blood circulation to organs, glands and tissues. Through the gentle pressure of the yoga postures, the endocrine glands are toned, which benefits you both physically and psychologically.

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing and meditation provide a sensory thread which will gently steer you through a meditative experience - one of the most effective ways to rejuvenate the mind and body. Using sounds to stimulate healing, re-balance the body’s natural energy with varying sound frequencies.

QI GONG AND BREATHWORK

RECOVERY REFORMER PILATES

Reboot your body in this altogether different kind of Reformer class. Recovery is a vital component of a high-performance lifestyle. Get ready to go deep into areas of tension for a whole-body release using the Reformer for increased range of motion. Not only will you target tight, short muscles, but you’ll increase the health of your fascia (connective tissue). As well as the mental benefits, this class is great for those who play sport, or train often, to help maintain a balanced body that moves with ease and is less prone to injury.

COLD WATER THERAPY

Ground yourself through the power of your breath, your mind and cold-water therapy. We’re always breathing, but we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential. In this class you’ll learn how to harness the power of your mind and breath to build your cold-water tolerance, boosting your body and brain. Set in nature against the backdrop of the Orchard, you’ll begin with breathwork, leading into traditional yoga sequences before being led through immersion into cold water barrels. Practice consistently for a range of health benefits including increased energy, reduced inflammation and accelerated recovery.
Not suitable for pregnant clients, those with cardiovascular diseases, neurological irregularities, cold allergies, and adverse interactions with some medications.

BAMFORD HYPNOBIRTHING

Our Bamford Hypnobirthing class guides you through breathwork, meditation and other practical positive hypnobirthing techniques, to help you to feel calm, confident and connected to your baby throughout your pregnancy and during birth.

CLUB RECOVERY

In this class we reboot your body post-performance to get serious about your recovery and progression. Our active recovery stretching series will help elongate your muscles, release tightness, and increase mobility to help prevent injury and build resilience. It’s the after-class class you need in your training schedule.

CLUB BARRE

Low Impact. High Intensity. Graceful on the outside. Strong on the inside. Fusing elements of ballet and Pilates, you’ll use your bodyweight and small props, to work your muscles to fatigue and deliver incredible results and lasting changes including posture, balance, and strength.

BOXING

CLUB BOX

A high-intensity boxing class covering the fundamentals of boxing fused with high-intensity training intervals and Tabata. You’ll master pad work drills and complete bodyweight exercises to build strength and endurance. The burn is real.
