Head of Fitness
Andy is an experienced Personal Trainer with a passion for coaching and educating his clients on all aspects of wellness.
Specialist areas of training: Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Functional Body Building.
Qualifications: Fitness Education Lecturer, Strength and Conditioning Level 4, Sports Massage Level 3, Personal Training Level 3, Muay Thai and Boxing Coaching, Kettlebell Instructor.
CJ JONES-LEAKE
Group Fitness Manager and Pilates Instructor
CJ has a reputation as a Pilates expert in the Cotswolds, largely due to the unique energy she brings to her popular reformer classes. With a strong belief in the power of community and playing the long game when it comes to wellness, she instils her ethos of ‘investing in your future self today’ in every client she works with.
Specialist areas of training: Pilates, Athletic Conditioning, Balance and Stability Training, Pilates for Back Care, Pre- and Post-Natal Training, Rehab and Injury Prevention.
Qualifications: Fully Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, Rehabilitation Specialist: Injuries and Special Populations, Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates, Fascial Movement Coach, Barre Instructor.
ALEX MACKLIN
Gym Supervisor
Drawing on over 7 years of experience working on stroke rehabilitation, strength and form work with national and international athletes, Alex provides his clients with the knowledge and tools to reach their fitness goals. He believes that mastering the basics is the key to achieving maximum results.
Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Performance Enhancement in Sport, Level 3 Corrective Exercise.

MARLEY FINN
Fitness Consultant and Instructor
Marley is an expert in lifestyle management and high-performance living. Drawing on his background in a professional sports environment, he helps his clients achieve their goals through a combination of movement, nutrition and regeneration.
Specialist areas of training: Elite Sports Performance and Lifestyle Management.
LUCY ASKEW
Personal Trainer
Lucy’s aim is to help her clients be the healthiest and happiest they can be. She is particularly interested in helping women with post-natal issues (such as diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunction) and health and well-being for midlife and beyond.
Specialist areas of training: Strength and Conditioning, Training and Nutrition for Postpartum and Midlife.
Qualifications: Personal Trainer L3, Keiser Cycle Instructor, Kettlebells Instructor, Pregnancy and& Postpartum Specialist, Training and Nutrition for Menopause Specialist.
BEN CANNING
Personal Trainer
Ben has a passion for helping people and educating his clients on all aspects of health and fitness. His interpersonal skills make the complex simple, applicable and fulfilling.

JAMIE HAMMENT
Physiotherapist
Combining techniques acquired throughout his 15-year career in elite sport, Jamie’s treatment approach features sports and remedial massage, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture, joint mobilisation and manipulation, shockwave therapy, taping and exercise prescription.
Drawing on his experience treating professional sportspeople, leading rugby players to full fitness and beyond, Jamie will guide his clients through their journey to reaching peak performance and achieving their well-being goals.
