Our 340-square-metre gym overlooks the surrounding Cotswolds countryside and features elite-standard Technogym equipment and Stages Smart Bikes. The in-house team of personal trainers – experts in training, movement, rehabilitation and nutrition – evaluate individual body composition to develop tailored programmes, ensuring an entirely bespoke training experience.
