THE SOURCE
Sitting across from The Spring at the neighbouring Bamford Wellness Spa – to which all members have access – this space features a sauna, steam room, experience shower, ice barrels, indoor ice bath, outdoor infra-red sauna and heated outdoor plunge pool allowing members to benefit from the therapeutic properties of the natural elements.
Unlike its calming counterpart, The Source harnesses the power of water for the purposes of strength, stamina, sleep and recovery.
THE SAUNA
A space for personal reflection and meditation, the sauna regulates the humidity within the cabin to maintain a pleasant heat. Incorporate the sauna into your wellness ritual to soothe aching muscles, reduce stress and clear the skin.
EXPERIENCE SHOWER
This immersive experience features alternating water temperatures, coloured lights and varying fragrances. Regular use results in improved circulation, body toning and relaxation.
ICE BARRELS
Discover the benefits of cold-water therapy – such as improved mood, energy, immune system and metabolic function – in the tranquil surroundings of The Heritage Orchard.
THE STEAM ROOM
Retreat into the steam room post-workout to experience the respiratory benefits of the salt brine solution that is diffused into the steam. Salt inhalation encourages healthy breathing and can absorb irritants, including allergens and toxins; this can be a particularly beneficial therapy for asthmatics.
INDOOR ICE BATH
The 25-metre indoor pool, made from entirely recycled stainless steel and heated by a biomass boiler, invites members to swim, sunbathe and recharge overlooking the orchard on which The Club is built.
The pool is treated with minimal chlorine to prevent the production of harmful by-products and filtered with a system made entirely from recycled glass. When the pool filters are cleaned, any excess water is repurposed for use elsewhere on the grounds of the farm.
